Newhaven Park Bred Races in the Gr 1 Durban July

Newhaven Park-bred Wylie Hall is set to contest the South Africa’s G1 Durban July this Saturday. Wylie Hall is by Redoute’s Choice, out of a great producing mare Beauty Belle who was also the dam of Champion Hong Kong Sprinter ‘Absolute Champion’.

Wylie Hall recently won the Gr 1 South African Derby for trainer Weiho Marwing and is one of the countries top staying prospects. Wylie Hall will be ridden by MJ Odendaal.

“The Australian-bred colt has a magic nature. “He travels well and handles big crowds well. He has a beautiful temperament.” Stated Odendaal.
