Singapore, December 8 – A half-brother to 2014 Magic Millions 2YO Classic winner Unencumbered, five year-old Strategic gelding Pure Tactics saluted at Kranji in Singapore last week.
A $70,000 Magic Millions Perth purchase from the Newhaven Park draft for the Penang Turf Club, Pure Tactics has won four races and is one of three winners from three foals to race from stakes-winner Blizzardly.
Newhaven sold a filly by Bernardini (USA) from Blizzardly at Inglis Easter earlier this year to Shadwell Australia for $300,000 and will offer the current yearling, a filly by Commands, at Inglis Easter next year.
