November 14 – The 2014 Magic Millions Yearling Sale (January 8 – 12) catalogue has gone online today with Newhaven Park poised for a huge sale at the Gold Coast as the equal fourth largest vendor behind only Baramul Stud, Widden Stud and Coolmore.
Newhaven will consign 32 yearlings including half a dozen on behalf of Twin Palms Stud by a wide range of the best sires in the land including Redoute’s Choice, More Than Ready (USA), Exceed and Excel and Northern Meteor, etc.
Highlights are many and include the half-brother by Manhattan Rain to globetrotting Group I winners Absolute Champion and Wylie Hall from star producer Beauty Belle and a gorgeous Mossman filly from Group I Queensland Oaks winner Allow.
Also obvious standouts are the half-sister by Canny Lady to this season’s Group II winner Charlie Boy and a three-quarter brother by Dane Shadow to last season’s leading WA juvenile Camporella.
